While it's often displeasing to see the MD/CEO disposing of (in this case) 100,000 shares, that represents a little above three per cent of his holdings so hardly significant. Mr Kelly continues to hold more than 3.1 million shares so his interests are well aligned with those of the company, and smaller retail holders like many who read blogs.
At this time of year given one assumes he wouldn't be what used to be called a PAYE holder, this has the hallmarks of selling shares to fund a taxation bill. So again, no drama.
