If the shares stay above 10c vwap for 20 days they get half
and above 15c vwap for 20 days they get the other half
Seems excessive given the salaries being paid
I suppose they will only benefit from the above if they make a discovery but geez ... I've got a lot of people in this stock and it's a little embarrassing and difficult to justify to be honest
Maybe best I pretend I didn't see this announcement
