Essentially giving themselves $10k at this price.
I'm glad we didn't see 10m go through today... I'll keep an eye over the next few days/weeks volume. See if they hold or sell. That said, management already hold a sizeable chunk before this announcement, so if they needed the cash, they could have sold some already.
You can read into this one of two ways IMO...:
1. Management need some cash, here's $10k If they dump now....
2. Something is cooking, they are getting some shares now lined up before the news breaks?
hopefully the latter.
All IMO of course.
