It's also arguably a bullish sign that someone was willing to exercise the options as it shows that they have faith in the company. However given they were unlisted options it is also possible that the person wanted to convert them to fully paid shares so that they can sell them on the open market easily.

So all in all, it's interesting to see but not that impactful. For me the most important part is the additional money in the bank.

There are 32,000,000 more options on the books due to expire at the end of April, some at 2.0 cents, some at 2.3 cents, so holders have to make a decision on exercising them, or allowing them to expire pretty soon. This is the first.

Surely the market is starting to take all these into account in pricing their bids or offers on the ASX.
