Im guessing no-one here will know when and why and to whom these shares and options were issued.

Why buy them now? Perhaps to replace shares sold recently. A major holder or director of FFR would not have to declare any change in the number of shares held. Everyone would think this shareholder was holding tight ..in for the long run.

Perhaps another chance to cash in while good profits to be made and noone realises.
