    This issue is pursuant to an agreement signed 9 months ago. As was made plain by the announcement itself. Did you even read it?

    Here is the relevant announcement of the agreement last December.

    Whatever you want to say about this style of agreement, you can't say that LIT recently chose to give them cheap shares.
