G'day sqe, I also notice it is to employees and management too. My concern is whether the parties who are issued the shares choose to sell them immediately. Not seeing a restriction, so I'll assume that some of these shares "may" be sold today and Monday.
If the share price drops below 5.3c it's cheaper to acquire on market rather than use the SPP. I'll make my decision some time closer to lunch just to get a feel for the days activity.
