Not suggesting this has happened as if you check all my HC posts I am very comfortable just sitting and waiting on the results; but what was the number of options exercised? Would be very easy for an employee to excercise now knowing results were bad to give the opinion they are good. They then get compensated later by someone exiting the market with a much larger holding. Sure not ethical, but we are talking about stocks lol.
Just so everyone knows I Do Not Think this has happened, just giving an example of why it may not be wise to read too much into any option conversions in any stocks.
