No, thats is not the case. However anyone who is aware of the results should not be trading on that information as that is insider trading. There would not be any nessesity to take options if part of a salary package, the price to the employee should be fixed. You would generally also have to go through the company secretary who would not wish to be seen to facilitate insider trading and would advise the MD and give the employee a dressing down.
