Hi Gus, just to clarify, there is nothing preventing EGR from releasing the identity of new substantial shareholders. However, the obligation to lodge a SSH Notice (whether it be a Form 603, 604 or 605) with the ASX rests with the shareholder, and they must do so within two (2) business days of becoming aware of the change to the substantial holding – this is prescribed under Sect 671B of the Corporations Act. I have actually known some company secretaries to fill out these forms on behalf of the shareholder and email it to them ready for lodgement.
