This is the result of the $35 million CR that the market already knew. At the time, the CR was signed by the sophisticated investors, ATH shares were trading below 3 cents. Although the money comes with a considerable dilution to current holders, it is not a bad deal at all. To sell all those 600 million shares, they need to raise the price to a considerably high level and then need to maintain it for a few weeks at least. The company must have something significant to be announced to the market soon.
