    lust I feel for you sa I have done something simiar on AED. On a smaller scale. My average buy in was at $4.90 with many of them well over a year ago. At $11+ my paper profit was $60+k. I sat and watched it disappear while believing the management spin. "it will all be OK in time- trust us". I sold when it fell to $4.20 before christmas. My actual loss was <$10k. I am pleased I got out. We learn the hard way.
    good luck but AED looks on the nose to me. IF they can get the project back on to some sort of track you may still get some back
    As far as buying more to average down I have never done this. My thought on the matter is this; If you did not hold any at this stage would you buy AED at this price because it is a good investment? If you think YES than buy more. If you think no then do not buy, and perhaps sell out. Just my opinion as a mug punter.
