Yes It is well past any deadline they have had for not chasing this Debt. Maybe they are but if so then they have a right to Let Shareholders know whether they can recover it or if it is just throwing Good Money after Bad monies owed that should never have happened in the first place after their previous experience with the Georgetown mining where we had to pay the governments TAX out of monies that we did not recieve. Heads should have rolled then. I still believe that with some changes at The TOP this company will become the Little Gem that I have believed in for Many Years .
