What many here forget is that under the acquisition agreement terms , AVZ is responsible for all costs up untill DFS ... box now ticked !! Our partners in Cominiere & Dathomir (excuse spelling if wrong) now have to kick the can (35-40%) of all the costs moving forward with Dathomir also having to upgrade Piana Mwanga .. they already relented 5% for $5mil, with the transaction in finalised at this stage, what is Cominiere going to do ? Cominiere is Gov owned & Felix knows the importance of Manono.

IMO, these partners have to come to the table and “talk the talk” ... this will or could be the equity we trade / use to get the capex funding along with OT agreements, under various arrangements. NF mentioned minimal dilution to existing share holders , so the above , along with SEZ benefits (which are still undetermined at this stage), possibly offering fiscal discounts further reducing payback to timeframes in DFS, could very well make this very attractive for lenders. IMO strength of OT agreement will be vital and maybe more than 1 required.

Anyway, that’s just my opinion as confirmed in my signature.

50% dilution would be worse case scenario. That extra 5% will come in handy

Negotiations on the table atm. To what extent, we will find out soon enough.
