I agree with your view of those options as a ticket to ownership and rights to Hazer shares - value to owner .
Keep in mind also - looking at this overall .
** Management took up Rights issue generously I think already ,
@just below 40c late in 2019. They called the rights issue and now the coffers already have funds .
** The CR stifled the potentials and momentum in shareprice rise which we all could see happening , prior to the CR . The hangover effects have been enduring , until
now .
( Uptakers could have been selling their new CR shares these last weeks - nearly for certain . )
Am hoping this retard on sp from dedicated share uptaker flippers - is virtually now complete.
Any CR entities only holding very shortterm could now be fully sold & Out .
These
potential shares - or options to purchase @40c cancelled ; ie. expiring .
Whilst yes some uptake of significance which is positive also — means
less dilution and a %percentage less shares ,of the overall script, removed from the ledger .

Arguably the chairman or CEO can see this as less shares on offer that were there & more dilution of not only his shareholding but can be thinking of overall shareholders - as the company is not truly requiring more cash at the moment .
The main thing other than advancing Hazer and Hazer hydrogen tech right now - globally and locally with the new plant , which the CEO needs to promote ;
Is encouraging invigoration in the shareprice trajectory once more . Shareprice movement ~ UP.
Overall management must be fully intent now on seeing the shareprice rise - for good .
Shareprice appreciation can now occur .
People here could also otherwise be complaining how buyers with clout - otherwise could get hold of options to achieve buying , still at this low shareprice . Without pushing the shareprice up to buy on market.
There has been every opportunity while the company kindly gave us all a chance to participate in this last capital raising - for good buying at this level and as CR shares came into the market here in recent weeks .
Keeping the number of shares on issue also contained, as much as possible - is good to see .
Hoping it will be a great year for awakening of Hazer opportunities - and therefore terrific for general shareholders
