I've never participated in a dividend reinvestment plan and I want to check if I am understanding it.
The offer is that the cash amount of the dividend payment, can be reinvested in shares (in this case $0.545 per share) which is about 10-15% below market value.
They will then be traded as ordinary shares thereon.
Any help would be appreciated!
