I saw the announcement to, though I don't know how you reached the conclusion that an employee exercised their options and then sold?
The announcement I saw was that 525,000 options (expiry 31/5/20) of a possible 1,100,000 were exercised by an employee or multiple employee's raising $157,500 @ $0.30 per share. The shares were issued today, 15 June 2020.
The only item of interest for me was that 575,000 options that were not exercised which at today's closing price of $0.46 equates to $92,000 (575,000 x $0.16) being left on the table.
It would normally be sometime later this week that the employee/s would usually receive notification from the share registry that the shares are in their account.
Have I missed something that you saw?
