    oh - yes - i looked at the announcement very quickly when i posted because i had to run

    but yes, i missed it, the options expired on 31 May 2020

    so , yes, some options were not exercised

    in other words, possibly today's 525,000 new shares were not sold

    in other words, it was a sheer coincidence both the new shares & the Janssen update were issued today

    my bad

    i was thinking the employee exercised to sell into this Janssen announcement but it seems i was wrong
