Correct me if im wrong but if the options were acquired as part of the non-renounceable pro rata rights issue in april, or the renewed CHKO Options offer in June then they would be in the money? These would seem to account for the majority of the issued options? It otherwise doesnt really make sense for them to be exercised now when they dont expire for 18 months.
