Most companies I've encountered will put out an announcement. Keeps investors informed, gives them confidence, it's also usually a good price mover. Not doing one would be unusual.
Has anyone requested an update? I usually get a response from Allchurch within a few days? I know he can't say too much but if there are delays, I would be questioning why Management doesn't keep the market informed.
