Sophisticated investors were given shares at 25 cents and free options. It comes as no surprise that they would have been offloading their shares at prices above 25 cents, they traded over the past 1 week from 26 cents to 37.5 cents, and kept their free options. Take the profit and if the company has success and the share price takes of they can convert and reap all the benefits.
I will buy around 23 cents. They seem to have a great growth profile.
