I do not think merger is bad for us . Both companies have assets in the development stage and to attract investors especially institutions we need a few assets. By merger the company combined multiple assets- value maker in fact.
It is normal for any company to bring in new management to grow business further. As far as I am concerned the founders are still here and has skin in the game
