I think they should have done this at the same time.
SDX holders selling today...or those that took advantage of the premium Bard gave SDX.
I'd have to say I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of explanation as to why they thought SDX was worth 13 bard for 5.
I think it has more to do with Williams and co retrieving their losses on SDX rather than any massive benefit SDX brings to the table.
I will be watching the quarterly spending closely.
SDX management spent like drunken sailors......I'd hate to see that sneak in to Bard. Bard holders have been diluted massively today.
