Actually this is the 3rd conversion at $0.0009, so all up 222m shares issued at 0.0009 for conversion of $200K.

Just happend to be online this morning and noticed the announcement so took a minute to update the tracker:

So far $1.8m has been converted in total, leaving $2.4m outstanding.

$100K converted this time for 111m shares. Conversion price is effectively basing at $0.0009 now since the conversion price is 90% of the vwap and it cant really trade any lower than $0.001.

We now have just over 2.8B shares on issue. If the remaining $2.4m ends up being converted at the same rate we are on track for total shares on issue to be 5.5B
