Weren't these notes issued in 2017?
If so, the company didn't get any money from the conversion. The funds would have been received in 2017.
The price quoted in the conversion price which should have been $1.6665 (after adjusting for the share consolidation).
I assume the price of $0.92 reflects the terms of the note due to the plunging share price?
