If that person has other options then cashing these in now and having the money to exercise an even bigger share parcel sets them up for a massive profit down the road.
I'd rather cash in a small parcel at 8 cents to have the money to cash in a massive one at 4 cents or 6 cents a pop.
Might temporarily ding the Share Price but when Board of Directors and key staff start making moves like that, you know that the bug has got them and they are likely making a play for bigger profits!
Any ideas what KPI they just scored?
