Option conversions simply means current holders of LKEOB (options) are paying 10 cents (strike price) and converting those options to shares. This is shows confidence on the company and shares. Once it gets converted those shares can be traded as usual and important aspect is each option that gets converted into shares, LKE will get cash into their kitty...expected cash inflow for Lake through option conversion is approx. $6m by mid June ‘21.
