i do wish there was no retail SPP for this one, just means a whole month wasted going no where.

The opportunity to buy under 15 cents was available 4 weeks ago, yet for some very odd reason many
want to top up when there is a SPP.

Perhaps we feel there is a floor at 15 and becomes good buying?

If the price remains a few cents above 15, then we can expect an oversubscribed SPP....and the opposite
if it does not or bounces around 15.
