I'll be the first to say I'm very disappointed in the continued delay - but it HAS to be this month, dare I say imminently, otherwise the reputation damage will be too significant to recover. Particularly given four weeks ago they said 'coming weeks' it'll be ready.
HCH still need confidence from SHs to progress. Everyone saw the frustration and shift in tone of the emails from the company last month based on the amount of contact they'd received. Imagine if another four weeks went by with the MRE failing to be delivered... yikes
