There's no pretence. I asked the chaps about their accomplishments numerous times in the ECT rep discussion. I asked them why they hadn't completed any upgrades despite being scheduled for 2 or 3 previous years. They said it was prudent not to punt up the money if the customer base wasn't certain. "Fair enough", I said, but why all of a sudden are you gung ho on building it now, still haven't built it and why are all the dollars earmarked for building it totally and utterly spent (mostly for your own fat wallets)? I'm old I'm trolling apparently.
