Also from 2019 Annual report, Dr Richard Mollard has over 10 million in options( excluding 4 million performance shares) but not sure which have expired. If he converted some here this early and not sold any which I believe, it’s either the company needs extra cash in the coffers to avoid CR whilst waiting for Elanco’s decision or something big or positive is happening re the Covid 19 progress.
I think it’s good that 4.4 million options are being converted anyway as over 41 million options have not being converted and expired since 30/11/19. So that placement of $2.4 million @12c in October last year was a timely call from management as the SP tanked well below that after.
