After some more research, I finally established the mystery of the owners of the options.
1. The 500,000 with exercise price of 0.15 belongs to JP equity.
2. It turns out Dr Mollard’s 10,125,000 options have unfortunately expired on 31/3/20. From 2018 annual report.

3. The 10 million options @0.12c belongs to more corporate advisors aka brokers. From Appendix 3B dated 4/3/18
4. The 5 million options @0.08c belongs to Directors including ex directors and key personnel management.

So false alarm re Dr Mollard exercising his options because he has none lol...nothing really to get excited about except brokers doing their thing- cashing in on a rising SP.
