Hi adreamer and PAA holders,

I did more research this morning and will make a slight correction on the 15c options. It seems the 500,000 15c options does not all belong to JP Equity. From Appendix 3B dated 28/8/19

so it seems Spark Plus was also issued the options as well. Since 250,000 were exercised this week, I have to give JP Equity a benefit of the doubt that it wasn’t them but Spark Plus that converted and sold on market. I say this because JP Equity is the current broker PAA have hired and they also published a report last week. They know more than any brokers the current fundamentals in play for PAA.

As I wasn’t a shareholder back in 2018, perhaps any LTH can shed light on the 10 million 12c options that was issued back in 2018 to corporate advisors. There was an extraordinary AGM held on 26/2/18 and shareholders approved the options so whoever attended can perhaps remember the names of other brokers other than Argonaut securities that was mentioned in the Appendix 3B back in March 2018?

My question is were JP equity involved with PAA back in 2018? I have to assume no because 4 million of those 12c options were issued this week and most probably sold on market for profit already.

Last but no least, the 5 million 8c options were also issued in that March 2018 Appendix 3B. I can only see 3 names and they are all Epichem directors have the 8c options. John Norton and Rebecca McCrackan were issued 250,000 each and ex CEO/chairman of Epichem Wayne Best has 1.25 million. He is the co founder of Epichem. The remaining 3.25 million I have to assume were awarded to staff and other directors of Pharmaust and Epichem.

It’s highly unlikely any current staff and directors would have sold on market on the 1.15 million converted this week as that would be insider trading as the Elanco option announcement should be out soon and that would also imply bad news. If it was sold for profit this week, then it would have to be Dr Wayne Best as he no longer works there.
