Your tax situation can affect it a little.
CGT vs the dividend ( can net off CGT but pay tax on divvies )
If you ignore that.
You can sell WGB and still be left with WGBO options expiring Sep-22.
The cash payout does not give you WGB Options....
Small amount of capital at risk for potential upside.
If there is downside the most you can possibly loose per share is ~9c.
Can easily loose more than that on the headstock.
