After a consolidation of share capital, 10 for 1, a share purchase plan 20mil shares of upto $10,000 per shareholder is offered at 5 cents to eligible retail shareholders to raise $1m, a further 60mil shares offered to sophisticated shareholders to raise $3m

Currently there is 670 million shares but post consolidation there will be 67 million; Oracle shareholders will receive 90 million shares of bmg, approx a million dollars and future production royalty fees 3% for the three gold projects , Albercomby, invincible and south boddington; the capital raises will add a further 80mill Shares for a total of approx 240 mill share capital.

I will be participating in the SPP - great gold projects, great management team and solid financial position for prospecting.
