Ouch. Currently 1.1c. 10 to 1 consolidation is equivalent 11cents and they're offering the shares at 5cents (50%+ discount to current shareprice). Severe dilution for us current shareholders and reduced share price unless it can hold that 11cent mark which with 240mill shares equals a marketcap of $26mill which is quite hefty in today's market. They had to do something as this was going nowhere. You probably want to participate in the placement to reduce that potential price dilution.

To albertogh01, your share ownership will be 1/10th number of shares you used to have. You don't need to do anything other than pray.
