A cleansing prospectus is an ASX admin requirement after multiple raises to advise the market of the total heads and options now on issue.
If you check the detail it is saying 100 shares at 1.5c for the issue which is inconsequential but they need to issue something to be compliant.
Silly requirement if you ask me but a requirement none the less.
