wow... didn't expect someone to convert options in a "defunct"...

wow... didn't expect someone to convert options in a "defunct" company that is on the verge of being delisted... just makes you feel "secure" knowing that people who are in the know are not in panic and rather than find off market deals to offload their shares are actually paying 9c to get more of AB1...

I think this will give a lot of LT shareholders like myself some temporaray relief..... delisting is still a high probability event but an alternative could be on the table too and that is why these guys converted?

or is this a "late filing" of the conversion as seen from the dates and the investors who converted were also cleless like us all in early December?

two sides of this coin but I want the first one to be to true...
