So Union Pacific Equities were to subscribe for "up to" 19.9 % of PPY which based on 279 million shares on issue is 55 million new shares as the second tranche of the proposed scheme to inject the new business. Looks like we ended up with 10 million shares. That went well didn't it !!
An extra million to keep the ship afloat for another 6-12 months while we wait for all that Egyptian revenue from the "fully functioning for 2 years" factory.....
