The Company is pleased to announce that it has utilised the CPA to raise $1,700,000 (inclusive
of costs) by agreeing to issue 10,625,000 HCT shares at an issue price of $0.16.
The 2A is basically the creation of the 10625000 to issue to Acuity Capital for the money.
As Hasra said can't ramp up production without money.
