And just a little bit of ' housekeeping ' folk's. The announcement yesterday of 2,717,160 shares being issued for ' Option ' on tenement purchase does in fact relate to the Lac Simard prospects announced last April. This makes even more sense when you apply the current cross rates of aud to cad at .8734 to the $30,000 in shares to be allocated on or before the first anniversary ( being April 2020 ) which would then equal $34,344.90

As per the June 2019 Quarterlies :-

" Also, in April, Sayona announced an agreement for an option to acquire 100% of the Lac Simardlithium prospect from Exiro Minerals Corporation (ref ASX announcement 15 April 2019). The LacSimard prospect is immediately adjacent to the existing Tansim claims and will increase the projectsize. The acquisition will increase the company’s potential to supply the growing lithium batteryindustry in Quebec.

Under the terms of the agreement Sayona can acquire a 100% interest by making cash and sharepayments, and undertaking work on the property over a three‐year period. "

As per the terms of the actual acquisition announcement in April 2020 :-

. Issuing to Exiro shares in Sayona totalling ‐ $20,000 worth of shares upon signing; $30,000 worth ofshares on or before the first anniversary; $40,000 worth of shares on or before the secondanniversary; and $50,000 worth of shares on or before the third anniversary;

Of course my concern's with all this is the simple fact that if we think getting Authier over the line ....what hope in the world would we have with respects to Lac Simard being in fact closer to an actual Lake. So then why would we be throwing good money after bad so to speak......
