Quick look at the total picture...
Currently 1,075,161,000 shares on issue.
The 25,000,000 option on issue will bolster DEG capital by a further $5,125 mill by Q3 2022.
First $1,125 mill will be banked this Oct.
That's an average of 20.5c per share. (more than I paid for my last batch only 5 weeks ago)
Include the 1,450,00 outstanding performance rights and the average for the 26,450,000 still to be added to the register is 19.38c.
Still reasonable.
Assuming the CR is 100,000,000 at 28c minus costs and all options / rights are exercised there will be 1,201,611,823 shares on issue and and DEG will have an additional $33mill, a total of $43mill, in the bank for drill bits and holes. That's a dilution of about 12% and we are rolling.
All reasonable and happy times.
Mine will be self funding with a short payback period.
