I agree with you Graphene but I don't think Vrc have to provide their budget.
I'm not sure how the issue of new shares works. Have they already been offered to selected investors and been purchased and now in the market? or will everyone who currently holds shares get the opportunity to buy at .005 ? Can someone please enlighten me as to how this all works.
