What "merger over the line" are you talking about ......... there is imo no " merger" on the cards nor has the Co made any announcements of late to that effect. Adam's connection imo is purely just financial funding to the Co at present.......also, imo things may change somewhere down the line if and when IAM possibly fails to pay back all outstandings financial & funding debt's... who knowns maybe Adam may pick up a bargain shelf listed ASX Co for one of his customers ..........like always DYOR & DD
