isn't it crazy, a tiny action (188k shares is miniscule) get's this much attention and conjecture to the motives of the employee/s.

in the end it is simple, if you were an employee and had these options, would you have converted them? It's not a hard question, the total cost is $120k and they are currently worth $220k. not me, i hate money...

if they hold, great, if not, those shares would be eaten up in 5 trades. either way, it actually shows nothing about insider confidence and wouldn't affect SP.

if you want a show of insider confidence, let's consider the 40mil of options that haven't been converted and sold for profit making suggesting those holding them expect to make more..

maybe this is how the US market gets some shares, pure conjecture on my part there, i have no idea how that all works.
