On the topic of data centres, NEXTDC (ASX:NXT) is performing strongly.
It's hard to continuously value Infratil's position in CDC data centres from a dollar perspective as it isn't listed on an exchange. At least with Tilt and Trust Power you can get an exact dollar figure.
Going off the industry performance, I think that CDC has also experience increased revaluations, however this hasn't been reflected due to the capital raising recently conducted by Infratil. With the dilution taken into account, I have a target on the Infratil share price of $5-5.50 as this industry is currently experiencing rapid expansion.
Let's see if we can get back to the $5 mark within the next few weeks.
