I can't see a scrap of any qualities what morrell brings to the board. Only was really technically for control in boards way over shareholders.
Was he that naive not to know what he was getting into?
The published data any one can find on him is negligible and nothing of substance.
How about the instant formula plant why is it such a no go topic of where it is from?
I'm certain the plant will be a disaster from start to finish.
So many I'm answered questions and poor disclosure
