my understanding is that CW has said, look you cover the marketing expenses and we’ll stock your product. But to sweeten the deal they’ve said that conditional on sales targets being met, they’ll reinvest bubs outlay back into the company as shares held by CW. This was a deal made a year ago. Now CW get those shares at a discount in what is arguably one the best deals CW have made! It would be silly to give them shares at the prevailing price otherwise CW would have to wear to much risk for that deal to make sense
