Spectrum was at a measly 0.004 on the 1st of March 2019 before running up to 20 cents and then being taken over for a much higher amount by Ramelius Resources....
22 May 2020: The compulsory acquisition will be on the same terms as the Offer (i.e. consideration of 1 Ramelius share for every 10 Spectrum shares plus $0.017 cash per Spectrum share).
The shares of Ramelius were worth $1.64 on the 22nd of May 2020
The BEST thing to note is that Spectrum had 1.44 Billion Shares at the time...

The strike appears (from reading previous SPX drilling announcements) to be OPEN and coming directly into the Bonanza Gold Projects E57/1125 SBR tenements where they are currently conducting the Mag Survey!!
I am looking forward to some extremely positive drilling!!
