...I rest my case...~20M shares as a bonus to Bane & Joel.....not a chance they they deserve any of these based on:

1. the current performance to date...
2. the current share price;
3. the fact that this revenue was supposed to be from ~45 million deliveries as per prospectus;
4. the fact they have used company cash to acquire revenue, so that they can pay themselves almost ~$16M in bonuses.

QED...time to escalate this to the right people....
